RIBA MUNDO TECNOLOGÍA: Completed the share capital increase from €1,199,111 to €2,032,110

Valencia, 3 June 2021 – Riba Mundo Tecnología is pleased to announce the new capital increase, which lays the foundations for the company’s future development.

The operation, carried out with the advisory support of PwC on 03/06/2021, sees the share capital increase by 70%, rising from €1,199,111 to €2,032,110.
