Riba Mundo Tecnologia accelerates the transformation of its Logistics infrastructure and Operational Organization

Riba Mundo Tecnología S.A., (the "Company" or "Riba Mundo") - tech company specialising in Big Data active in the B2B segment of consumer electronics, based in Valencia (Spain) and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market – has completed the implementation of a new shipping line designed to increase operational capacity, optimize shipping accuracy and strengthen safety standards throughout the entire logistics process. The new infrastructure integrates automated weighing, volumetric measurement, scanning and shipment control systems with Artificial Intelligence models capable of interacting in real time with the Company's ERP system. Intelligent data processing enables every physical measurement to be matched with the corresponding operational information in the ERP, ensuring full control over the entire logistics workflow while significantly enhancing shipment traceability and reliability. As a result, the Company benefits from more efficient and scalable logistics processes capable of supporting increasing volumes and the continued growth of the business.

The project also includes the introduction of new reinforced packaging solutions made from recycled cardboard, designed to improve product protection during transportation while reducing the environmental impact of shipping activities, in line with the Group's sustainability strategy. At the same time, work is progressing on the completion of the second wing of the warehouse. The new area will feature a newly designed shelving layout and an optimized storage location system aimed at increasing storage capacity, improving picking efficiency and further streamlining logistics operations. The project also includes the installation of static ventilation systems in two of the Group's three logistics warehouses, with the objective of providing a more comfortable working environment for employees while supporting day-to-day operational activities. This investment marks a further step in Riba Mundo Tecnología's transformation journey, as the Company continues to invest in process digitalization and the adoption of innovative technologies to strengthen operational efficiency and enhance its competitiveness in international markets. The newly implemented solutions will enable the Company to manage growing business volumes more effectively, consolidating a modern, resilient and scalable logistics infrastructure capable of supporting the Group's future growth.
