What role do technology and innovation play in business operations?
Alessandro Dezi: In a constantly evolving world, innovation and technology are the pillars of our business strategy. We are constantly committed to anticipating market trends and outperforming our competitors, with the goal of providing cutting-edge solutions that simplify purchasing processes and foster our clients’ growth. Our success is closely tied to that of our customers: we work to increase their margins and ensure sustainable, long-term growth.
How is the onboarding of new clients managed?
Alessandro Dezi: To ensure effective and personalized integration, we provide new clients with a dedicated onboarding platform. Here, customers can enter all the information required for validation, after which they will receive credentials to access our website. Each client is assigned a dedicated sales representative, who conducts an in-depth analysis considering several factors: turnover figures, type of business, geographic area, and competition. Then, through direct dialogue with the client, the sales representative defines a customized price list tailored to specific pricing needs, transport services, and IT solutions.
How do you manage relationships with suppliers and external partners to ensure quality and operational punctuality?
Alessandro Dezi: Our relationships are built on transparency and a strong commitment to fully understanding the individual needs of each stakeholder. This approach allows us to provide high-quality and punctual service in every operation, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
What are your main objectives in terms of logistics management?
Alessandro Dezi: Our main objectives are to provide a fast, effective, and cost-efficient service while constantly adapting to the specific needs of our customers and suppliers. We are currently developing a series of innovative automations and improvements that, we are confident, will surprise the market. We aim to introduce them by the end of the year.
What methods do you use to forecast demand and plan inventory?
Alessandro Dezi: To optimize our forecasting management, we apply various mathematical models that allow us to maintain a complete assortment with competitive prices across our clients’ different sales channels. Whether dealing with trading companies, sub-distributors, buying groups, key accounts, websites, marketplace sellers, or traditional stores, we analyze each brand internationally, taking into account pricing, availability, delivery times, and potential issues within the production and distribution chain.
